Valentine's day

Valentine's day is right around the corner.  In case, you want to start on valentine's day cards early here are some things to know.  

The children will be making Valentine "mail bags" at school.  On Friday, February 14, your child can bring in Valentine cards to deliver to all the children in the class.  The cards can be hand made or store bought.  Your child can address the cards with each child's name or they can be distributed randomly; either is fine.  Please make sure there is one for each child in the class.  There are 14 children in the class.

Friday afternoon, there will be a school ice skating trip.  There will be more details about this event in the future.  This is a great event that has become an SK tradition for the day before mid-winter break.
