Fruits and vegetables are a great snack for children, for further ideas for healthy snack, click here. (Note that at this site, they recommend nuts which are fine for home but not for school. Also, read labels carefully especially, if you choose to bring a snack such as granola bars because many contain nuts.) I have also noticed that this class is not fond of carrots.
